Our client within investment management requires an Investment Operations Analyst to join their team. The Investment Operations Analyst supports the investment management and trading functions by maintaining portfolio data, preparing trade instructions, managing cash movements, and ensuring accurate reporting across client accounts.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update firm-wide portfolio holdings using internal systems and market dataGenerate daily holdings reports and ensure accurate data flow across systemsUpdate master tracking files and support model/portfolio changesTrading & Cash ManagementPrepare trade instructions for ad hoc and scheduled client transactions (withdrawals, deposits, transfers)Calculate required cash levels and determine securities to be bought/sold with Portfolio ManagersSupport rebalancing and bulk trading activitiesCommunicate transparent trade instructions to Head TraderPerform
