Enercare Experts at Home/METRSC, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Technician to join our team in Toronto. The successful, experienced, confident and modern candidate will be responsible for providing high performance service and best advice to our customers, ensuring their homes are comfortable and safe.

Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and boilers.
- Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and longevity.
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues related to HVAC units or appliances, utilizing schematics and technical manuals for accurate repairs.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to repair or replace components such as motors, valves, belts, filters, and electrical wiring.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to guide repairs.
- Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and reports to ensure clear communication with team members and customers.





Requirements

- Proven experience in HVAC service work with a strong mechanical background.
- Knowledge of furnaces, Air conditioners, heat pumps, boiler operation, and repair is highly desirable.
- Customer focused mindset
- Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on mechanic experience in residential settings.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to customers.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; willingness to travel locally for service calls.

Pay: $85,000.00-$175,000.00 per year
