Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate and professional Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our team. This role is integral to delivering the exceptional level of care and service our clients have come to expect. The ideal candidate is dedicated to client wellness, enjoys working in a collaborative luxury spa environment, and is committed to providing personalized treatment experiences.

Responsibilities

- Provide qualified massage therapy treatments tailored to individual client needs.
- Conduct thorough client consultations and assessments.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client treatment records.
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and prepared to the highest standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding treatment plans and wellness recommendations.
- Collaborate with spa colleagues to enhance the overall client experience.
- Uphold all professional, health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and best practices.

Qualifications




- Current registration in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to create a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Previous experience in a luxury spa or wellness environment is considered an asset.
- Flexible availability, including weekends are required.
