Position Summary - The Ticket Office Guest Services Agent is responsibleto provides friendly and productive service in selling all lift tickets to ourguest, as well as provide a high level of guest information.

Pay for this position is $18.25/hr.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

- · Responsiblefor all lift tickets sales throughout the day using the POS system
- · Openand close the ticket office and balance the daily cash and vouchers
- · Dealdirectly with Resort guests and Vacationers
- · Answertelephone as well as guest questions and inquiries
- · Ticketperson is also Dispatch for Ski Patrol when in need of ambulance
- · Communicatewith lift operators throughout the day
- · Workingwith in a team environment and assisting with Ski School by booking lessons
- · Co-operate and accept other assignments as and whenrequired.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills:

- · Havereasonable knowledge of the sport
- · Experiencein Point of Sale (POS) systems
- · Mustbe a strong communicator
- · Musthave excellent customer service skills
- · Two-wayradio communication
