OverviewWe are expanding and seeking dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educators (RECE's) to join our preschool and toddler teams. The ideal candidates will be passionate about early childhood education and committed to fostering a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. This role offers an opportunity to work in a public school setting, working with families and children and contributing positively to the developmental journey of our children. The position requires strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, along with a genuine love for working with young children. We need staff who are committed to play based, child centred learning in an inclusive environment. Working as a team player and having excellent programming skills are essential. Most important is your ability to interact meaningfully with children, guide, support and enrich their daily learning and development in a healthy and joyful manner.DutiesPlan and implement developmentally appropriate programming that promotes learning and growth in our early childhood settingSupport children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging classroom experiences, and through meaningful and supportive interactionCollaborate with families, staff, and specialists to create individualized plans for children with special needs or disabilitiesMaintain accurate documentation of children's progress and daily activitiesEnsure the safety and well‑being of all children in the classroom at all timesUse effective communication skills to foster positive relationships with children, families, and team membersUtilize computer/ipad skills for record keeping, lesson planning,
