Job DescriptionPosted Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at 10:00 AMIntroductionThe Jim Pattison Auto Group is seeking a friendly, reliable, and highly organized Weekend & Stat Holiday Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Jim Pattison Subaru Victoria dealership. As the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and employees, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience while keeping our showroom running smoothly.You’ll take pride in delivering an exceptional experience to visitors, staying organized, and ensuring every interaction reflects our solid commitment to our customers.Schedule: This is a part‑time position; regular hours are15 hours per week; additional 5.5 hours onstat holidays. The regularly scheduled hours will be Saturdays (8:30 AM to 6 PM) & Sundays (11:00 AM to 5:00 PM), as well as 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM on all Statutory Holidays.Pay Range: $19.50 - $21.00 per hour, depending on experience.This role reports to the Office Manager of the dealership.About UsA division of the Jim Pattison Group, the Jim Pattison Auto Group was founded in 1961 by Jimmy Pattison, when he purchased a GM franchise. Today, the Jim Pattison Auto Group encompasses 28 locations across Western Canada, representing 16 automotive brands.ResponsibilitiesGreet all visitors entering the showroom, promptly answer inquiries, and introduce visitors to their hostPromptly and professionally answer incoming calls on a multiline phone systemWelcome and serve customers in the lounge areasMaintain a tidy work space and stocked customer lounge (coffee station,
