and provide insightful commentary.Dissect direct material, direct labor, and overhead to align with the overall P&L.Actively participate in the SAP S4 HANA integration.Establish and streamline financial processes to enhance efficiencies within the organization.Collaborate with various departments, engaging on the production floor to understand daily operations and build strong working relationships.Qualifications3+ years of solid experience in cost accounting within ideally a manufacturing environment.SAP knowledge is highly preferred, or experience with other large ERP systemsAbility to analyze BOMsBachelor's degree (BBA or BCom) in finance or accountingStrong communication skills and ability to develop strong working relationships and challenge the status quo.To be eligible for this role, you must be legally eligible to work in Canada.#J-18808-Ljbffr
