The Gathering Place is seeking a Guest Support Worker - Relief to assist guests experiencing homelessness or precarious housing. The role focuses on meeting basic needs, building trust, and guiding guests to access services within a multidisciplinary health care team. Adaptable on-call shifts include nights, evenings, and weekends. Prior experience in shelter settings is preferred; a health/social services credential is required to support compassionate, client-led care.
