About the Role
Securigene is seeking a articulate, strategic, and goal-oriented Outreach Representative in Toronto to expand our service footprint. In this role, you will conduct in-person visits to local physician practices and lead targeted outreach to hospitals, health authorities, and clinical networks across the Greater Toronto Area to promote our services and advocate for wider adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily in-person visits to physician offices, clinics, and health facilities across Toronto to build strong referral networks.
- Connect with medical staff, hospital department contacts, healthcare administrators, and regional health network managers, follow up regularly to promote our services, and cultivate ongoing relationships with key decision-makers.
- Execute daily outreach goals using organized tracking workflows and structured follow-up routines.
- Master service details quickly to deliver articulate walk-in presentations to doctors and clinic managers.
Qualifications
- Candidates who have completed or are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in any major (Business, Communications, Arts, Economics, Humanities, Political Science, Sociology, Sciences, etc.). A bioscience background is not required.
- Demonstrated track record of strong communication skills, goal orientation, and relationship-building success.
- Genuine enthusiasm for meeting new people in person every day.
- Currently based in or near Toronto with reliable transport for field visits.
Who Should Apply
- Relationship Builders: People who truly enjoy talking to people, establishing immediate rapport,
and turning initial visits into trusted, long-term professional relationships.
- Strategic Communicators: High EQ, articulate, and confident engaging both clinic staff and high-level hospital or health authority decision-makers.
- Goal-Oriented Achievers: Driven individuals who naturally take ownership of target outcomes, maintain high energy, and stay focused on meeting outreach metrics.
- Field-Ready Professionals: Candidates living in or near the Greater Toronto Area who thrive in an active, out-of-office workplace rather than sitting behind a desk.
Who Should Not Apply
- Desk-Bound or Remote Workers: Anyone seeking a work-from-home, or telephone-only sales role.
- Rapport-Averse Personalities: Individuals who feel uncomfortable initiating cold face-to-face conversations, approaching gatekeepers, or managing initial rejection.
- Passive or Reactive Workers: Candidates who prefer waiting for step-by-step instructions rather than taking self-directed initiative to organize daily field routes.
- Inconsistent Follow-Through: People who struggle with detail-oriented tracking, prompt communication, or consistent daily goal execution.
How to Apply
- Submit your resume, cover letter and answer the two questions posted in Indeed.
Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
Application question(s):
- Are you currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree?
