Position: Personal Insurance Broker
Job Responsibilities:

- Review renewal documents and re-market policies when necessary
- Prepare and organize renewal binders
- Respond to telephone inquiries, providing policy changes and answering questions
- Report and monitor client claims efficiently
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional coverage

Requirements:

- 1 years+ years of experience in personal insurance brokerage
- RIBO license in good standing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Thorough understanding of underwriting guidelines and company policies
- Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Broker Management Systems, Compu-Quote, and insurance portals
