We are looking for a passionate and experienced CNC Operator to join our Production Team. Your precision, technical expertise, and attention to detail help ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.

Position: CNC Laser Operator

Location: 2168 Springfield Road (no bus routes)

Role Type: Full-time, Evening Shift: Monday – Friday, 3pm-11pm

Wage: $21.50 - $27.50 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate, set up, and maintain CNC lasers and tube bending machines.

- Read blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy.

- Conduct inspections and use measurement tools to verify product quality.

- Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and make minor repairs.

- Manage inventory of tools and materials to ensure uninterrupted production.

- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and optimize workflows.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, following all safety standards.

Qualifications:





- Previous experience operating CNC laser machinery.

- Strong technical skills, including reading blueprints and adjusting machine settings.

- Knowledge of quality control processes and measurement tools.

- Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Commitment to safety and a team-oriented mindset.

- Willingness to participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
