The Role

As a Feed Truck Operator, you’ll play a key role in daily feedlot operations by ensuring cattle are fed accurately, consistently, and on schedule to support animal health and performance.

What You’ll Do

- Feed cattle accurately and consistently according to ration plans

- Mix and deliver feed following specified ingredients and instructions

- Maintain clean bunks, minimize feed waste, and manage silage quality

- Monitor cattle behavior and report health or feeding concerns





- Complete feed records and ensure compliance with feed protocols

- Perform daily equipment checks and follow maintenance schedules

- Support general feedlot operations and assist where needed

What You Bring

- Strong attention to detail and consistency

- Mechanically inclined and safety-focused

- Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently

- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

- Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions

- Experience in agriculture or feedlot operations is an asset

- Equipment operation experience (loader, etc.) preferred

Work Schedule

- Typically, 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM

- Weekend and holiday shifts required as scheduled

- Extended hours as needed
