5-8+ years of experience, ability to work independently with both business and technical stakeholders

Skillset required:

- The ideal candidate should have solid experience in SQL, Azure Synapse, MicroStrategy

- Additional skills considered an asset Databricks, Power BI

- Beyond technical expertise, the consultant should demonstrate:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

- Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements and identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation

- Ability to assess data quality, data flows, reporting needs, and recommend and define new reporting/dashboard requirements

- Strong communication skills and confidence leading discussions, asking probing questions, and translating business needs into actionable insights
