years’ experience in a marketing communication function with a proven ability to develop and execute marketing programs utilizing a variety of tactics and channels - including multi-media (social media, paid digital advertising, video, website content and landing page development), print-publications, direct marketing, sales collaterals, sponsorships and events, etc.Experience leveraging B2C and B2B2C marketing channels and take a problem solving and methodical approach to exploring alternative solutions when necessary.Strong analytical skills to effectively review campaign metrics against objectives with ability to recommend timely options for pivoting as required.Skills in project management, marketing and communications strategic planning, organizing and consensus building.Knowledge of, or previous exposure to, the print production process and web communications management.Ability to work effectively with external agencies and suppliers to successfully manage delivery of work on-time and on-budget.The ability to manage through impact and influence.Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.Able to challenge the status quo through continually reviewing programs and tactics to ensure they meet the strategic needs of the business.A University Degree (ideally in marketing, communications, business, or a related field).Experience in financial services/insurance is considered a strong asset.Experience LevelIntermediate LevelJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Guelph, ON.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $53.85/hr.Workplace TypeThis is a hybrid position in Guelph, ON.Equal Opportunity and AI NoticeTEKsystems and TEKsystems Global Services are equal opportunity employers.
