In this role, you will join a collaborative team focused on maintaining system performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience.This is a multidisciplinary, hands-on role involving mechanical, electrical, and cryogenic systems. You will be responsible for building, upgrading, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing complex quantum computing systems that support our Leap™ quantum cloud service. You will also work closely with R&D teams to improve system reliability, serviceability, and operational processes.This position is based in Burnaby, BC, with occasional travel to customer and field sites. Participation in an on-call rotation supporting production systems is required.
