The role reports to our Senior Manager, Process Engineering. Join our transformation journey as an early-career lean professional supporting kaizen activities, standard work documentation, and data-driven process improvement. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with a passion for lean manufacturing and a desire to grow in a structured CI environment.Please note: This position requires 100% in-office presence in our Surrey offices and does not offer remote work.ResponsibilitiesSupport kaizen events through data collection, time studies, layout prep, and post-event sustainmentHelp document standard work, work instructions, and visual management toolsAssist in root cause analysis, 5S audits, and daily tier meetingsCapture baseline metrics, analyze waste, and support implementation of improvementsParticipate in lean training and mentorship from senior CI leadersQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations,
Supply Chain or equivalent OR technical associate’s degree with practical experienceDemonstrated career ambition with a track record of growth and increasing responsibility; highly promotablewith the potential to take on broader leadership roles within a fast-paced, high-growth organizationUp to 3 years of experience or internship in manufacturing or industrial environmentFamiliarity with lean tools (standard work, 5S, PDCA, takt time) through coursework or project experienceStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsCompensation actually offered for this role will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
