We are excited to partner with AttoTude to attract top talent for Hardware Design Engineer. We are seeking a highly skilled Hardware Design Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of THz transceivers and evaluation platforms from concept through volume production. The ideal candidate has experience in high-speed circuit design, signal and power integrity, and RF component and SERDES integration.

The candidate must be eligible and available to work in office in Ottawa, ON.



Develop hardware transceiver modules and evaluation platforms, including PCB design and component selection. Design high-speed analog, digital and power circuits.

Create detailed design documentation, schematics, and BOMs. Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, ASIC and system teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality. Drive design reviews with cross-functional and manufacturing teams.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field. ~5+ years of experience in hardware design for optical or RF communication systems. ~ Proficiency in high-speed PCB design tools (Cadence preferred). ~ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
