Whitecaps London FC & Railway City FC

Whitecaps London FC and Railway City FC are looking to add passionate, qualified and motivated coaches to our growing technical team.

We are seeking individuals who are committed to player development, enjoy working in a competitive and positive environment, and want to be part of an organization providing pathways from grassroots soccer through competitive youth, OPDL and senior-level programming.

POSITION: Soccer Coach

? Location: London & St. Thomas, Ontario

⚽ Programs: Competitive Youth, OPDL & High-Performance Programs

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan and deliver organized, engaging and age-appropriate training sessions
- Provide a positive, competitive and development-focused environment
- Support the technical, tactical, physical and personal development of players
- Prepare teams for league, tournament and competitive match play
- Communicate professionally and effectively with players, parents and club leadership
- Work collaboratively with fellow coaches and technical staff
- Represent Whitecaps London FC and Railway City FC professionally within the soccer community
- Follow all club, league and Ontario Soccer policies and standards

QUALIFICATIONS

- Canada Soccer coaching certification appropriate to the level being coached, or willingness to continue progressing through the Canada Soccer pathway




- Previous coaching and/or playing experience is an asset
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
- Passion for developing players and creating a positive team culture
- Ability to work evenings and weekends based on training and match schedules
- Vulnerable Sector Check and required Protected Sport certifications
