This critical full-time position necessitates over ten years of experience in managing research and innovation portfolios. As the Director, you’ll lead the development and execution of projects that connect learning to real-world program adaptations and impacts on communities. A hybrid work environment includes 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and oversee pilots and A/B tests
• Set and guide strategic program evaluation
• Manage project design and stakeholder engagement

Requirements:
