Internal Title: Contract Administration and Procurement IVProviding strategic direction on the procurement activities to Dev Co.Support the target price work, de-risking the implementation schedule by securing long lead items/ supplier engagementDevelop and maintain strong collaborative working relationships with Dev Co and the CA, developing mutual trust and understandingSupport the procurement of the Subcontractors through RFP to financial close on behalf of the CASupport the procurement strategy development, including vendor optimisation, local and sustainable vision realisation assessed against balancing cost, contracting strategy, efficient use of correct procurement route, performance-based supply and market outreach optimisationSupporting Dev Co to secure market coverage on the Target Price at each checkpoint and proposal stageSupplier engagement to ensure project awareness in the market and secure the services of the best of the supply chainEarly engagement with the supply chain to support the project, with or without agreements in placeEarly procurement of critical and long lead itemsSupporting the Procurement Manager in the development and deployment of the Procurement Plan and new processes. Ensure compliance against their Procurement Management PlanValidating tendered packages and issuing any non-objectionsEnsure the correct terms and conditions are issued to the Supply chainAddress and manage Project and supply chain delivery issuesWorking ConditionsOffice-based (5 Days a week in Office)ExperienceMinimum of 12 years of experience in Claims or Procurement ManagementMinimum five (5) years of relevant experience in large Engineering and Construction projects.Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience working in large teamsEducationBachelor's degree in relevant field of Construction, Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, Finance,
