As a Service Technician, you’ll be diagnosing, repairing, and keeping Tesla vehicles running while working with a world class team that’s focused on delivering top tier customer service.

Job Description
- You’ll diagnose and repair Tesla vehicles, do basic as well as advanced vehicle maintenance.
- You’ll also use specialized diagnostic gear and tools, and you need to make sure the repair work is documented properly, like accurately.
- There’s more, you’ll inspect and maintain workshop equipment, then collaborate with engineering teams to improve the whole repair process, not just one step.
- You will participate in technical training, and keep learning continuously.
- You’re expected to deliver quality customer service and vehicle care.
Responsibilities
- Finish vehicle diagnostics and repairs efficiently.
- Keep workshop equipment working properly and in good condition.
- Support teammates so repair efficiency can stay high, like really high.
- Clean and prep vehicles for customer delivery, so they feel ready.
- Provide feedback that helps improve Tesla products and repair procedures.
Requirements
- You need an Automotive Service Technician License, or you’re willing to become a Technician Apprentice through provincial schooling.
- You should have great teamwork and communication skills.
- Finally, you need a valid Class 5, G, or G2 driver’s license in Canada.
