In a full-time role, you will lead and mentor Youth Outreach Workers, ensuring effective planning and implementation of the program. Key Responsibilities:

- Hire, onboard, and supervise staff for the program
- Monitor service performance and report on contract outcomes
- Collaborate with the Manager on program operations and finances




- Lead community partnerships to support program growth
- Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Child and Youth Care or related field
- 5 years in a leadership role in social services
- Experience with target populations and community outreach
- Knowledge of case management principles
- Robust verbal and written communication skills
