This role is responsible for providing end‑to‑end support for people data and core HR system processes, ensuring data integrity, operational excellence, and a positive colleague experience.The role combineshands‑on data management, Tier 1 system support, data governance, and proactive process improvement, acting as a key liaison between HR partners, business stakeholders, and HR Technology. The Senior Coordinator is a trusted subject‑matter resource who helps simplify complex data and system processes while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability.Key AccountabilitiesPeople Data & Workday Operational SupportSupport dailyWorkday HCM business processes, including corrections, rescinds, cancellations, and resolution of stale or stuck transactions.Action and monitorWorkday inbox tasks, “To Do,” and “Review” steps across core HCM processes (e.G., employee changes, work permit reviews).Performmanual data updateswhere automation is unavailable, ensuring accuracy across all worker types (employees, contingent workers, board members).Maintain employee master data and ensuredata accuracy, validation, and availabilityacross the employee lifecycle.Tier 1 End‑User & Case SupportProvideTier 1 supportfor colleagues and HR partners across the enterprise, troubleshooting system errors, data issues, and business process questions.Delivercoaching and guidance in English and Frenchto users on Workday navigation and more complex HR processes.Create, track, and managesupport cases and incident tickets, ensuring proper categorization, escalation, and resolution within defined SLAs.Partner with functional, technical, reporting,
and data teams to resolve issues that require cross‑functional collaboration.Identify recurring user issues and contribute toknowledge base content, job aids, and self‑service resources .Data Governance, Audits & IntegrityPerformstandardized data auditsto ensure compliance, accuracy, and alignment with governance standards.Analyze data and process issues, providingroot cause analysisand recommendations to prevent recurrence.Partner with HR Reporting and Technology teams to develop or refineaudit reports and controls .Ensure data integrity to support downstream processes and integrations (e.G., payroll, perks, banking, identity access management).Participate indata governance initiativesand projects aimed at strengthening data quality and controls.Mass Data Changes & Process OptimizationSupport and executemass and centralized data changesusing tools such as Enterprise Integration Builder (EIB), including intake, impact assessment, testing, and implementation.Manage complex organizational changes such asreorganizations, cost center updates, location cleanups, role realignments, and workforce transitions .Testing & Continuous ImprovementCreate and maintaintest data scenariosin Workday test environments to support system testing, enhancements, and integrations.Support Technology and business stakeholders during testing cycles by validating results and ensuring data accuracy.Contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on enhancing thecolleague experience, data reliability, and HR operational effectiveness .Role RequirementsPostsecondary education (college or university) in a related field.Proficient and bilingual in French, spoken and written.2–4+ years of progressive experience inHR Operations, HRIS, or People Systems, withWorkday HCM experience strongly preferred .Strong understanding ofHR processes and the end‑to‑end employee lifecycle .Demonstrated experience supportingHR data governance, data integrity, and audit processes .Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities in afast‑paced, changing environment .Strong communication, interpersonal, facilitation,
