About the Role

The Company is seeking an AVP for Business Insights and Strategic Execution to join their Client Experience Office. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving the strategic agenda and ensuring the delivery of key business priorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic leadership, execution, and will serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief Experience, Digital & AI Officer. The role requires a strong background in strategy, business management, consulting, transformation, analytics, operations, or related disciplines, with a focus on strategic execution, business performance management, governance, and executive reporting.





Key responsibilities for the AVP include leading the CXO analytics and performance management strategy, developing executive reporting and dashboards, and translating complex insights into actionable recommendations. The role also involves shaping and communicating a compelling narrative for the Client Experience Office, supporting executive teams with strategic communications, and elevating the influence of CXO priorities across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting senior executives, driving enterprise-wide initiatives, and will possess exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills. Experience in AI enablement, and a strong background in digital, technology, data, operations, finance, and customer-focused functions are essential. The role demands a leader with a solid business, financial, operational, and analytical acumen, and a demonstrated ability in people leadership and talent development.
