OverviewWest Vancouver Community Services Department is recruiting casual Gymnastics Coaches to work with preschool, children, youth, and adults across a variety of gymnastics activities. This role involves coaching core gymnastics, drop‑ins, holiday camps, and birthday parties while ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment.ResponsibilitiesSet up and take down gymnastics circuits and equipment.Take attendance and ensure classes start and finish on time.Distribute assigned literature to students.Evaluate and mentor CITs and Junior Coaches.Create lesson plans and complete report cards.Perform light maintenance and cleaning of the gymnastics centre.Carry out other related duties as required.QualificationsPreferred: Knowledge of gymnastics programs, positive communication skills, safety guideline enforcement, strong leadership, emergency communication, and ability to lead creative games.Required: Minimum Level 1 Gymnastics and Level 1 Trampoline certification, or Gymnastics Foundations Part 1, 2 & 3 (artistic, trampoline,
