Within CGI’s ERP Centre of Expertise, the selected candidate will act as a Business Analyst and may contribute to various types of engagements related to Oracle ERP solutions, including implementation and deployment projects, Application Management Services (AMS), as well as internal innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Start Date: January 2027 Application Deadline: September 28th, 2026 CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $18-32/hour. This role is an existing vacancy.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Depending on business needs and specific engagements, responsibilities may include:

- Analyze client requirements in accordance with architectural guidelines and specifications;
- Conduct functional analyses and fit-gap analyses in the context of ERP implementations;
- Participate in application configuration based on client requirements;
- Provide recommendations based on best practices and business needs;
- Support functional and technical teams in the implementation of solutions;
- Participate in system testing, solution validation, and defect tracking;




- Follow up with users and contribute to resolving requests or incidents as part of Application Management Services (AMS);
- Participate in the analysis and processing of requests for enhancements and improvements to existing solutions;
- Contribute to the design and development of accelerators, tools, and internal solutions aimed at improving the efficiency of our teams and projects;
- Participate in innovation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives within the ERP Centre of Expertise;
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, procedures, and reference tools;
- Perform any other related duties.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

- Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Finance, Business Technology Management, or a related field;
- Knowledge of finance is considered an asset;
- An interest in technology, ERP systems, automation, and innovation is considered an asset;
- Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset for this position due to the nature of the role, which may involve interactions with both national and international clients.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently;
- Autonomy, curiosity, and a strong sense of initiative;
- Ability to meet deadlines;
- Strong organizational skills and sense of responsibility;
- Knowledge of or practical experience with Agile development methodologies is considered an asset.
