This role focuses on assisting staff and clients in a variety of tasks, ensuring smooth delivery of services and program activities.
The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, proactive, and ready to assist with a range of service delivery tasks in a dynamic, client‑focused environment.ResponsibilitiesProvide logistical support to clients during program and service delivery, including helping them with basic tasks and navigation of the space and paperwork.Assist clients with basic tasks like checking in, directing them to appropriate resources or staff, and answering simple inquiries.Offer on‑site assistance to clients as they engage with the program.Ensure clients feel welcomed and supported by offering a friendly and helpful presence.Assist with the setup and organization of program space and materials for events or activities, such as workshops, orientation sessions, or community meetings.Help clean up and organize after events, returning spaces to their original condition.Provide support to the team which may include data entry, file organization, and basic documentation tasks.Assist with the collection of basic feedback from clients after events or activities to inform program improvements.Provide general assistance to the program team as needed, helping with tasks that support the overall function of the program.Help maintain a welcoming, inclusive, clean, and organized environment for clients and staff.Support the team with recruitment and promotion efforts.QualificationsStrong attention to detail, organizational skills,
