This role is in support of Cencora’s patient and provider support and pharma commercialization services in Canada marketed through our Innomar Strategies business.ResponsibilitiesPerforms general administrative tasks such as handling the mail, typing, and maintenance of filing systems for the program.Create and maintain patient records in the CRM by ensuring information documented are accurate and updated regularly.Execute administrative tasks critical to the progression of patients through the program.Act as a liaison between other members of the team.Handle faxes (incoming/outgoing) accordingly and timely.Label and attach documents to the CRM and program drives.Review and analyze documents for adverse events.Report adverse events.As required, process copayment requests for patients, pharmacies or physicians for programs offering copay assistance or concierge payments.Audit and maintain various reports specific to the business location by checking for errors, inconsistencies or discrepancies; make corrections and notify appropriate personnel of any modifications.Assist with a variety of scheduled and unscheduled projects occurring in the department at any given time.Participate in product and disease training sessions, internal as well as client‑driven.Coordinate with HCPs for prescription renewals via phone calls.Manage inbound and outbound calls.Comply with all appropriate policies, procedures,



safety rules and regulations.Perform other related duties as assigned.EducationHigh School Diploma or Post Secondary schooling preferred.Technical vocational training or equivalent combination of experience and education.3‑5 years experience in a similar administrative role.Experience with the SalesForce software (or experience with a CRM system) an asset.Skills and KnowledgeAbility to communicate effectively written and verbal, in English and in French, an asset.In‑depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of applications is essential.Demonstrate a willingness to change and to learn new skills.Agility to adapt to changing priorities.Strong interpersonal skills.Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.Strong organizational skills; attention to detail.Excellent problem‑solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.Ability to represent a positive and professional image.Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.What Cencora OffersWe provide compensation, benefits, and resources that enable a highly inclusive culture and support our team members’ ability to live with purpose every day.
