Job Overview Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Network and Communications, the Global Network Engineer will lead the design, testing, and initial deployment of network, security, voice, and cloud networking infrastructure across all IKO locations worldwide. The role focuses on level‐3 support, developing proofs of concept, implementing new technologies, and creating comprehensive documentation to support the Network Operations team.Responsibilities Design and implement network, security, voice, and cloud networking infrastructure (e.G., Azure Virtual Networks, ExpressRoute, VPN gateways) to meet business requirements and align with defined Global IT standards.Diagnose and troubleshoot network, security, voice, and Aruba Wireless / Aruba Central issues using standard tools and processes.Communicate with vendors for service changes, hardware/software orders, and coordinate related activities.Maintain published documentation for technical procedures, policies, and standard processes related to network, cloud networking, and Aruba Wireless / Aruba Central infrastructure.Implement and monitor security solutions in accordance with IKO's Information Security Framework and assist in investigations of possible security breaches as part of the incident management team.Support network, security, voice, cloud networking, and Aruba Wireless / Aruba Central group representation in audits.Support the development of Business Continuity Plans (BCP) for network and cloud networking infrastructure.Travel up to 10% within North America and Europe.Perform additional duties as assigned by the Senior Manager, Global Network and Communications.Qualifications 7‐10 years of experience designing and managing large enterprise networks, datacenter systems, and system architecture.3‐5 years of experience with Azure Cloud in a hybrid setup,
