The Customer Relations Specialist is responsible for resolving issues and recovering and retaining the most demanding customers across our global network (Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific). Working closely with the dealer network, customers, and customer service colleagues, the role encompasses the following responsibilities: Find, negotiate, and propose creative solutions to customers' complex problems through discussions and written communications. Identify and escalate customer dissatisfaction in order to improve operational processes.

Strike the right balance between business needs and customer needs by applying customer experience best practices. YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: Experience in customer service or client relations required. Strong follow-up and personal work organization skills.
