Talent Harbour is building a different kind of recruitment business.

We are an operator-led talent platform expanding across Canada and into the U.S. through organic growth and acquisitions. Our leadership team includes entrepreneurs who have built and scaled some of Canada's fastest-growing companies. We work with everyone from founder-led businesses to large enterprises, on both retained and contingent mandates.

We have a big, active, growing pipeline of searches and we need someone exceptional at finding and assessing people to help us clear it.

The role

This is a sourcing, research, and interviewing role. Your job is to find the best talent in the market, conduct structured interviews, and deliver tight shortlists to our senior recruiters. This is not a business development or account management position.

You will step into a 30-year established book of business with real, active searches from day one. No cold start. No desk building. Just great recruiting.

What you will do

- Receive role briefs and attack them immediately across multiple industries and functions
- Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, Boolean searches, and our 30-year candidate database
- Conduct structured, in-depth candidate interviews and make strong quality judgments
- Build tight shortlists our senior recruiters can take straight to clients
- Log every candidate, note, and stage update in Loxo in real time, same day
- Carry multiple searches simultaneously and triage intelligently by priority
- Leverage AI sourcing tools to move faster and find better people

What we need from you

- Minimum 4 years full-cycle agency recruiting experience
- Genuinely robust LinkedIn Recruiter skills, boolean, projects, InMail strategy, real response rates
- A structured interviewer who can assess candidates quickly and accurately across different functions and industries
- Experience across multiple industries and role types, not siloed to one vertical




- Systems-disciplined, everything in the ATS the same day, no exceptions
- Based in Metro Vancouver, Port Moody, Coquitlam, or Tri-Cities area preferred
- Primarily in office

What you will not be doing

No cold business development. No client hunting. No account management. We have a strong, experienced sales team for that. Your entire focus is finding and assessing the best people in the market, faster than anyone else.

Compensation

$60,000 to $95,000 (salary + commission performance bonus tied to shortlist quality and fill rate) This is a sourcing and delivery-focused role, not a business development position. Structure determined based on experience.
