We are a well-established, close-knit consumer products company based in Vancouver — the kind of place where people build careers, not just résumés. On a confidential basis, we've been looking to find our next Talent Acquisition Partner: someone ready to take real ownership of recruitment, build genuine relationships with leaders, and make the role their own from day one.

What You'll Do

- Own full-cycle recruitment for corporate teams — including marketing, finance, and sales — from posting through offer
- Act as a true business partner to hiring leaders, staying connected well beyond the transactional "fill the req" moment
- Support hiring across the organization's independent contractor field network, including postings, screening, and interview logistics
- Bring fresh ideas to the table — process improvements, employer branding, and relationships with schools and training programs that feed the talent pipeline
- Take the lead on ad hoc talent projects as the team and organization grow

What You Bring

- 4–5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience,



ideally with some generalist HR exposure
- An entrepreneurial, go-getter mindset with a genuine sense of urgency
- Strong relationship-building instincts — comfortable earning trust and influencing leaders quickly
- Confidence operating with autonomy in a cooperative, low-hierarchy environment
- Retail, sales, or consumer-facing industry experience is an asset
- Project or change management experience is a bonus — a systems transition is on the horizon

Compensation & Perks

- Base salary: $90,000–$100,000, commensurate with experience
- Annual bonus potential of up to 10%

- Hybrid schedule: 3 days/week onsite, steps from transit in Vancouver's Downtown.
