Key Responsibilities:
• Verify specifications at the start and throughout runs
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality parameters
• Complete line paperwork accurately and effectively
• Operate shrink wrap and troubleshoot minor issues
• Train other Junior Packaging Specialists and General Labourers
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of Food Manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of HACCP and GMP practices
• Ability to operate various packaging lines
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
