We're a family of five in Meadowvale (Glen Erin / Aquitaine area, L5N) looking for a warm, experienced caregiver for weekends. Our kids are 11 months, 4 years, and 5.5 years old. Schedule: [Saturdays and Sundays], 7:30 am to 5pm (end time is flexiable) This is a standing weekly role, not occasional sitting. We will need help from now till Nov 1. A typical morning: - Arrive at 7:30 and put together a simple breakfast for the kids - Get the baby up when they wake and handle their morning - feeding, changing, nap - Keep a safe eye on the 4- and 5-year-old while you're with the baby - While the baby naps, read and play with the older two Cooking beyond breakfast isn't part of the job - we handle all other meals. No household cleaning, just tidying up after the kids as you go. A parent is home the entire time, so you're never on your own with all three - there's always someone to step in. What we're looking for: - Several years of hands-on experience with both infants and preschoolers, ideally in a home with more than one child - Reliable with an early weekend start - this matters more to us than anything else - First aid an asset - References from previous families we can contact - Non-smoker
