- Automate existing tests and develop test solutions for new products - Design, assemble, document, and deploy production test stations - Collaborate with R&D; to define test requirements and ensure their transfer to operations - Write and maintain test procedures and technical documentation - Train production teams on new test equipment and procedures - Participate in the continuous improvement of testing and validation methods - Contribute to digital transformation, business intelligence, and manufacturing systems implementation projects - Work closely with the Division Manager – Operations, as well as the production and R&D; teams Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or another relevant field - 3 to 5 years of relevant experience - Knowledge of test automation, instrumentation, or test equipment development - Knowledge of Python - Knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink - Knowledge of at least one other software development language - Experience with ERP, WMS, or manufacturing systems is an asset - Advanced Excel skills, particularly pivot tables, advanced functions, and Power Query, are an asset - Good knowledge of Power BI, Jet Reports,
