General Description

As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible to pick-up and deliver Goodyear Commercial Tires in a timely and qualified manner. You will also become familiar with safety, quality, and how to be successful in a team environment. We encourage you to allow us to invest in your success as you invest in ours;

Responsibilities

All aspects of pick-up and delivery of new and retreaded commercial tires, casings and other types of tire pickup and delivery between Goodyear locations, customers and Goodyear dealers

Maintain customer relationships including building and maintaining customer satisfaction

Assist with loading and unloading commercial tires, casings, wheels, mounted wheel assemblies and related products while following all safety rules and procedures

Responsible for documentation completion with delivery

Keep all documents and maintenance records up to date on equipment assigned

Perform any additional duties as assigned by management

Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time, which may include light and heavy lifting, including commercial tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting

Basic Requirements

High school diploma/GED

Must have a valid driver's licence for the type of vehicle required for the position (Class 3 truck driver's licence) and meet all applicable federal and provincial requirements and regulations.

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship now or in the future

Fluent in French
