What You’ll Do

- Provide guidance and escalation support to technicians
- Deliver onsite and remote IT support
- Lead IT projects (server installs, migrations, network upgrades)
- Troubleshoot complex server and network issues
- Maintain Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange)
- Work with firewalls, VPNs, routers, switches, and wireless networks
- Maintain documentation (tickets, KBs, network diagrams)
- Communicate directly with clients

What You Bring

- 4+ years of hands‑on IT support experience
- Solid Microsoft environment experience
- Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs)
- Server setup and backup systems experience
- Project management and follow‑through
- Strong communication skills

Nice to Have

- Microsoft, Cisco, or CompTIA certifications
- Leadership experience
- MSP experience
- Structured cabling experience

Compensation & Travel

- From $70,000 per year – Variable compensation based on experience, performance, and overall contribution to the team and business outcomes
