Acara Solutions is seeking a Mechanical Assembler to work on‑site at our client location in Milton, ON.Key ResponsibilitiesAssembly of electrical panels and enclosures.Interpret manufacturing information documents to assemble or modify components.Read and interpret drawings ensuring assembly bill of material accuracy.Check parts selected/delivered for correctness.Resolve discrepancies with supervisor when necessary.Maintain accuracy and integrity of the internal KANBAN system.Assemble components ensuring proper torque of bus and phase connectors up to 70 ft/lbs.Apply consistency in assembly method for units or the same order.Conduct visual inspections of material before and after assembly for conformance to drawings and specifications, functional operation and appearance,



and make mechanical adjustments as needed.Check performance of completed components to ensure compliance with LVDA Plant Quality standards and make necessary adjustments to meet quality goals.Perform pack and ship duties.Work in accordance with standard operating procedures, bill of materials, manufacturing information, and instructions from Management or Engineering.Use various fixtures, gauges, and assembly tools to assemble, adjust, or repair product.Benefits & CompensationHours: 40 hours per week.Contract pay: $22–$25 per hour.Schedule: 7am–3:30pm Monday to Friday.Required Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED.Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical assembly.Aleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct) are an Equal Prospect Employer.
