We're looking for a full time Product Support Sales Representative for our Bathurst team. In this role, you will engage with customers in Restigouche, Gloucester, and Northumberland County to grow sales through exceptional support. Your responsibilities will include promoting Caterpillar products and developing strategies to meet customer needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain customer relationships in assigned regions
• Drive parts and service sales through technical expertise




• Collaborate on marketing and prospecting plans
• Conduct presentations of Caterpillar parts and services
• Monitor competitors and ensure best pricing for customers
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product support sales
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• Bilingual in French and English
• Strong understanding of Caterpillar equipment
