As a Bilingual Legal Research Associate, you will sit at the intersection of law, technology, and product. You will work hands‑on with LawVo’s legal, product, and AI teams to transform complex legal concepts into structured, bilingual legal knowledge that directly powers our AI‑driven tools and enterprise offerings.This role is ideal for a junior lawyer who enjoys legal research, drafting, and analysis, is highly detail‑oriented,



and is excited by the idea of shaping how legal services are delivered at scale. Your work will directly influence how thousands of businesses, employees, and consumers access legal support across Canada and the United States.What You’ll DoResearch and analyze Canadian legislation, regulations, and policy frameworks across multiple provinces and territoriesConduct jurisdictional comparisons and issue‑spotting to support multi‑provincial and cross‑border legal use casesTranslate complex legal requirements into clear, structured, and practical legal content suitable for AI‑enabled toolsDraft, review, adapt, and translate bilingual (English/French) legal templates, contracts, and legal knowledge materialsSupport the development of legal research matrices, decision trees, and structured datasets used by LawVo’s AI systemsBuild and maintain authoritative legal source libraries, citations, and validation referencesParticipate in legal quality assurance, accuracy reviews, and continuous improvement of AI‑generated legal outputsCollaborate closely with product managers, engineers,
