Key Responsibilities: • Deliver clinical care,
including wound care and IV therapy • Support clients in their homes and community settings • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for effective care • Navigate clients to additional health resources as needed • Provide palliative and pediatric care when applicable
Requirements: • Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario • Valid driver's license and insured vehicle • Professional Liability Insurance required • Transparent Criminal Record Check within 12 months • Strong communication skills in English; French is an asset
