Overview The Warehouse Associate, Performance Parts, is responsible for coordinating all warehouse functions. This role serves as a liaison between the warehouse, customers, carriers, and third-party service providers for small package and LTL shipments.
Responsibilities include managing the receipt, storage, and shipment of products, as well as staging and delivering customer orders.
Responsibilities
- - Processing work assignments, controlling inventory, prioritizing order demands, supporting floor operators, and delivering consistent, high-level customer satisfaction
- Managing orders and completing shift paperwork
- Maintaining accurate system transactions and ensuring all paperwork is completed and filed daily
- Picking and staging orders for contract carriers in a timely manner
- Accurately picking orders according to requirements and specifications
- Applying shipping labels to cases and pallets
- Following all established safety procedures and using proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), as required
- May occasionally operate a forklift or similar equipment
- Performing general housekeeping duties
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, on site: 5 Cherry Blossom Rd, Cambridge, ON
Qualifications
- Must be proficient and comfortable working with computers, including Microsoft Office
- Must be able to easily switch between tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and systems and a willingness to cross-train and support all areas of the warehouse as needed
- Warehouse or logistics experience is considered an asset
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally (in person and by phone) and in writing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn how to operate a forklift
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education is considered an asset.

Hussmann is a subsidiary of Panasonic The salary range of $39,000 – 65,000 is just one component of Hussmann’s total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives. The minimum hourly wage for this role will be the greater of the posted range, or minimum wage for the location where the employee will be working, subject to local minimum wage requirements.
