Location: Windsor, ONOverviewCannon Automotive Solutions, a division of Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping, is seeking a Press Operator for our cold stamp facility in Windsor, Ontario. The role involves operating various tonnage presses, producing quality parts, and working in a quick‑paced environment.ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain tonnage presses, decoilers, feeders, conveyors, cranes, and PLC‑controlled equipment.Perform Quick Die Change (Q.D.C.) procedures with minimal supervision.Use measuring and inspection devices to ensure part accuracy and quality, completing all relevant paperwork.Troubleshoot quality issues and report damages.Apply lean‑manufacturing principles and participate in action workouts to improve process capability, reduce costs, and increase capacity.Maintain and improve housekeeping within the work area.Meet production targets set by the company.Minimum Qualifications2 years of machine operations or related work experience.Ability to stand for long periods and lift 23 kg (50 lbs).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to work shift times as needed.Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of dies, presses, and press controls (startup,
