Key Responsibilities

Oversee site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of the residential development.

Conduct site inspections, manage subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Liaise with project managers and senior engineers to resolve any technical issues.

Prepare and review technical drawings and site documentation.

Requirements





Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

3+ years of experience in site engineering within the civil or construction industry.

Strong knowledge of civil construction processes, including residential projects.

Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills.
