Location: 1-141 New Huntington Rd, Woodbridge, ON L4H3R6, CanadaSalary: $52,000 - $55,000 CADEssential Job FunctionsAnalysis & ReportingAnalyze sales, sellthru, rate of sale, WOS, and inventory health at the item, style, and store level.Develop and maintain style/colour level sales forecasts for the Canadian apparel business, submitted monthly to Finance.Identify over and under performing SKUs and highlight risks and opportunities requiring action.Prepare and maintain KPI reporting to support weekly and monthly business reviews.Inventory & Allocation ExecutionExecute initial allocations, replenishment orders, and new store inventory setups.Balance inventory weekly by store, capacity, sales trends and budgets.Monitor instore and DC inventory to maintain target WOS while minimizing stockouts and excess.Determine size curves and pack configurations for recent replenishment and seasonal buys.Issue and manage production orders in line with approved sales forecasts, inventory plans, and capacity constraints.Decision Scope & AccountabilityRecommend allocation, size curve, pack configuration, and inventory flow adjustments based on sales trends and inventory health.Identify inventory, service, or margin risks early and escalates issues.Supports customer and internal discussions with clear,
data-backed recommendations.Cross Functional PartnershipWork with Sales, Planning, Ops, and Finance to communicate inventory risks, opportunities, and operational issues clearly and concisely.Participate in weekly/monthly cadence meetings and share insights.Systems & ToolsAdvanced Excel skills are required to effectively manage and interpret large datasets.Familiarity with customer platforms such as Retail Link, Supplier One, and Vendor Central is a significant asset and considered highly advantageous.Experience with inventory planning systems and ERP software (such as ABS) is an asset.Power BI and ThoughtSpot experience are both considered assets.Education & License RequirementsBachelor degree in business, commerce, economics, or a related field, or a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.SkillsStrong analytical thinking and retail math fundamentals.Comfort working with large datasets.Sound judgment when balancing service, inventory risk, and operational constraints.Explicit written and verbal communication with cross-functional partners.Able to manage individual responsibilities collaboratively and escalates issues appropriately.#J-18808-Ljbffr
