Lead the Resident Experience at Sienna, enhancing well-being in long-term care. This on-site role focuses on strategic leadership and innovation in resident-centered programs across Ontario, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Alberta.

As the Director of Resident Experience, you will drive the development and execution of programs that elevate quality of life and satisfaction for residents and their families. Collaborating with Operations, Clinical Services, and Culinary Services, you'll ensure high standards and practices are established and maintained.

Your role will involve leading a dedicated team and positioning resident engagement at the heart of Sienna's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the Resident Experience strategy
- Lead and coach the Resident Experience team




- Establish corporate standards for resident-centered practices
- Monitor performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Manage relationships with external vendors for resident surveys

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Health Administration
- 8 years of progressive leadership in long-term care
- Proven experience in service excellence initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication at all organizational levels
