About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead the establishment and execution of the firm's enterprise technology strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that technology capabilities support business growth, operational excellence, security, and an exceptional people experience.
This role involves close partnership with executive leadership to align technology investments with strategic priorities, as well as leading enterprise technology operations, architecture, infrastructure, end-user technology services,



and cybersecurity enablement.

The CIO will also be accountable for delivering reliable, scalable, secure, and cost-effective technology services that enable the workforce to perform at their best and support the firm's growth and transformation.

Key responsibilities for the CIO include developing and executing a multi-year technology strategy, serving as a trusted advisor on technology initiatives, and anticipating and leveraging emerging technology trends. The role requires a forward-thinking, people-focused technology executive with a proven track record in leading significant modernization and transformation efforts.
The ideal candidate will have practical technical fluency across a range of technology areas and be an exceptional communicator and business partner. Experience in managing enterprise technology investments, budgets, and strategic vendor relationships is essential, as is a strong background in leadership, talent development, and coaching.

A degree in a related discipline is required, and an advanced degree or relevant executive technology certification is considered an asset.
