About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, HR Business Partner to lead the strategic people agenda for its global GTM organization. This pivotal role is not traditional; the successful candidate will be at the forefront of architecting talent and organizational strategies that align with the company's next phase of hyper-growth,
particularly in the context of AI-native selling motions and a reimagined approach to commercial team dynamics.
The VP will be instrumental in scaling a world-class commercial workforce, designing organizational structures for strategic execution, and building AI-native talent strategies.
