Senior Project Manager
Location: Bolton, Ontario
Experience: 10–15 years

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a growing construction team in Bolton, Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The current portfolio includes new-build long-term care and warehouse/head office projects , as well as renovation work for the Toronto District School Board (TDSB) .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cash flows.
- Coordinate owners, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
- Review drawings, specifications, contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
- Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and schedule performance.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, deficiencies, change orders, and project reporting.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively.
- Lead project meetings and maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure projects comply with health and safety requirements, building codes, and contractual obligations.
- Support project teams and provide leadership to Project Coordinators,
Assistant Project Managers, and other staff.
- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation using construction management software.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10–15 years of construction project management experience , preferably with a General Contractor.
- Proven experience managing commercial, institutional, industrial, healthcare, or similar construction projects .
- Experience with new-build construction is strongly preferred.
- Experience with renovation projects , particularly institutional/public-sector work, is an asset.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, budgets, schedules, procurement, and project controls.
- Comfortable using construction/project management software such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar platforms .
- Strong leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Science, or a related field is preferred.
