As a Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of software development initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered successfully from concept through implementation. You will work closely with engineering, product, operations, and other stakeholders to align priorities, manage risks, and drive successful outcomes while supporting a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The key job functions are:

- Plan and manage multiple software development projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, priorities, and timelines.




- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including software developers, QA, DevOps, product management, and UX/UI teams.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and adjusting plans as required.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
- Work closely with leadership to prioritize initiatives based on business value and technical feasibility.
- Encourage thoughtful discussion and challenge assumptions to ensure the best possible outcomes are achieved.
- Support project teams in delivering solutions that meet security, privacy, and operational requirements.

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required.
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is considered a strong asset.

Qualifications:

- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Must be willing to work full-time in-office.

Experience:

- A minimum of 3-6 years of experience managing software development projects.
- Experience within HealthTech, healthcare, or regulated industries is considered an asset, but is not required.
- Previous software development experience or technical knowledge, particularly with JavaScript-based environments, is considered an asset.
- Experience delivering SaaS applications, API-driven platforms, or complex software solutions is highly preferred.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and modern DevOps environments is beneficial.




- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage diverse personalities and stakeholder groups.
- Excellent strategic thinking, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
- Strong project planning and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
- A naturally curious mindset and the confidence to respectfully question existing processes and assumptions.
- Comfortable working in an workplace where candid conversations, healthy debate, and constructive feedback are encouraged at all levels.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Base Salary: $90,000 – $125,000 per year
- Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Comprehensive benefits package included.

Work Hours:

- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday

- This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
